The Calumet Regional Archives preserves over 500 collections related to the Calumet region of Northwest Indiana. These collections are organized into various themes listed below. Most of these collections have either been inventoried or described. In addition to browsing, you may view this comprehensive list of the collections. 

The Calumet Regional Archives contains over 7,000 images depicting a variety of people, places, and events in Northwest Indiana. Additionally, the CRA includes over 5,000 audio recordings. These vary from oral history interviews, corporate videos, documentaries, news programs, etc. Currently, these are available upon request. The following list breaks down collections by object type. The materials are arranged numerically by collection number.

The collections can be searched through a keyword subject index. You should use this index if you are seeking a specific subject or if you want to identify all the collections relevant to a particular topic.

Indiana University has an online repository called "Archives Online" used to share archival finding aids. The Calumet Regional Archives has begun filtering its finding aids into this space.
