7th Annual Prescription Drug Abuse & Heroin Symposium

Rebuilding the Hoosier Heartland

Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, IN – October 13 - 14, 2016

 

We’re pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Annual Rx Symposium. Attendees will be provided the opportunity to network with 900 professionals from local, state and federal agencies, business, academia, clinicians, treatment providers, counselors, educators, state and national leaders, and advocates impacted by Rx drug abuse and heroin use. Tickets for the two day program are $50.

This year’s keynote will be the author of the book, Dreamland. Sam Quinones is a journalist, storyteller, former LA Times reporter, and author of three acclaimed books of narrative nonfiction. The book Dreamland was selected as Amazon.com’s Best Book of the Year 2015 and the National Book Critics Circle award.

Attendees will also hear from Victor Antonio Carrancá Bourget, Attorney General of the State of Puebla, Mexico on international efforts to reduce the heroin supply. Visit the registration site for a full listing of all sessions.
