Adaptive Technology Center (ATC): Reservations

This guide details the Adaptive Technology Center (ATC) at the Anderson Library.

Reservations Required

Patrons seeking to use one of the ATC computer workstations are asked to make a reservation (219-980-6582) to ensure that a computer is available during a specified time period.  Reservations will be accepted for up to 4-hour periods of time. If you have not arrived after one half hour of your reservation, or phoned letting the library know you are delayed, the library reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show or cancellation, thereby allowing someone else to use the ATC.

New public users are required to get a User ID and password from the Circulation Desk. A public User ID is valid for a period of 90 days; after which the user is required to request a new User ID from the Circulation Desk.

Students Users

Student users can use their student computer User ID and password to log on to the computers in the ATC.  Student users are also requested to reserve up to 4-hour periods of time on an ATC computer workstation. If no other user has reserved time on an available ATC computer workstation; then the student user can continue to use the workstation until another patron requests its use.
