If you remember your password but would like to change it, please refer to the Change Personal Information in ILLiad section of this guide.
If you do not remember your password, go to the ILLiad logon page and click the “Forgot Password?” link above the “First Time Users” link.
On the next screen, enter the username you created when registering your ILLiad account and click the “Reset Password” button.
After clicking “Reset Password,” check the E-mail account provided by you in your ILLiad account for an E-mail with a link to set a new password. The process may take several minutes. After setting this password, you can use it to log into your ILLiad account.
